'The Spirit Filled Church' by Terry Virgo should be in every planter's hands. Also 'Breakthrough' by Derek Morphew is indispensable if you want good theology on the Kingdom. And for history/theology buffs, 'The history of Christian thought' by Jonathon Hill gives an outstanding, highly readable account of how our current understanding of theology has developed over 2000 years. All of these have helped me immensely and are all on my 'Never to be lent out to anyone at all' list.
